Pros: The crema was perfectly salty and fresh and fluffy. The osmanthus oolong tea was very smooth and not burnt. Cons: The osmanthus jelly was too sweet and not what i expected but that's OK (usually its in cube form and homemade, I can tell they purchase this topping in bulk because it's those little rectangles)

I ordered a milk tea with boba online for pickup, but when I arrived, the staff told me they were out of boba. What disappointed me most was that no one bothered to inform me beforehand or offer any substitute, like jelly, or ask if I wanted to modify my order. For many customers, milk tea isn’t complete without boba or jelly, so this was really frustrating. A simple heads-up or option for substitution would have made a big difference. I hope the staff can improve their communication and customer service in the future.
